She has been mislead by the documentairy maker saying it was a photoshoot for japanese fashion, and it ended up being the documentairy’s poster. Please do not judge her for this, she had no idea and if there is anybody you should be mad on it’s the documentairy maker itself.  This is just really terrible >.< Tumblr, I don’t think there’s anyone in the world that can understand the depth of my rage for fraud like this. We have a hard enough time being taken seriously, while the people on Jersey Shore get by just fine with their asses hanging out. This really isn’t fair. A friend of mine lost all her internships because they “couldn’t take her seriously” because she worked as a lolita model on the side. She sold almost all her stuff. Guess what? Still denied. This is not right. And this documentary will make it worse. The photographer should be sued for every penny he has. Because this is fraud and defamation of people who wear lolita. omfg loli’s calm your shit down. if you want to dress in adult-sized little girls’ clothing and call it “fashion”, fine. But don’t deny you’re sexualizing clothes originally made for toddlers.  i mean the very word “lolita” COMES from a book written about a man who rapes young girls. your style is named after a book where a man rapes little girls. I love the overall shapes they make and the lace and bows and I think all of it together is fucking ADORABLE. just because something is cute doesn’t mean it’s only meant for little kids. Please explain to me how finding something cute on an adult is sexualizing it? Because I really don’t see how it is.
